Hi! My name is Bethany and I am in my 30s with a background in global social work. My caregiving experience comes from helping care for my own family - my grandparents as well as a great-uncle with ALS. As someone who has struggled over many years with chronic illness, I also have a deep well of compassion for others navigating changes to their bodies and minds, and the ways we all have to rely on others for help in new ways throughout our lives. I miss my grandparents dearly, and would love to be part of more older adults' lives again. If you also love being outside, reading, creative projects, cribbage and other card games, or simply swapping stories - we might be a great fit!

Bethany helped me care for my parents and an uncle. She was amazing. With a gentleness and calmness about her and just the right amount of compassion and empathy they all very much enjoyed her visits. Being with her made them feel like human beings who still had a lot to contribute to others. Bethany made her time with my loved ones fun and brought up projects for them to do or participate in that really made her visits fun! She is great at cribbage! I highly recommend Bethany as an elderly companion for your loved one. She will enrich their lives.
