I have over 27 years paid experience as a caregiver. I have taken care of a quadriplegic patient for over 8 years and 3-plus years for another client . I have experience with post polio, Dementia and Parkinson's clients. For the last two years I've had the pleasure of taking care of a couple who the husband suffered from dementia and his wife had multiple physical issues that required over 26 surgeries. I am able to cook, clean, run errands, give CPR, dispense medication, give personal hygiene, help arrange scheduling for other caregivers (if needed), and most importantly give companionship to these wonderful people. I listen carefully and I follow through with all instructions that are given to me. I am always on time and in 27 yrs I have never been a no-show employee. I am dependable. I thoroughly enjoy working with the elderly at this time in their life and I have excellent up to date references. I also have an AA degree.
