Hi I'm Baylee! Thanks for checking out my profile. I've been working in a local bakery for the past 4 years and running the business the last year. Due to my pregnancy I unfortunately can no longer work full time in such a physically demanding job. Baking is my passion and I love to share it with others. In previous years while I attended college and worked at an elementary school as an Para I used to also be a nanny through care. com. I always loved the families I got to work with and still keep in touch with all of them today! I'm hoping to find another wonderful family to work with as a temporary nanny or occasion date night help during the rest of my pregnancy. Comfortable with all ages 2 months old and up. Oh my goodness if I could only give her a 100 star review. I interviewed 15 different people from Care.com...which sounds like a lot I know. But Baylee stood out, it made our hiring decision so easy. She easily fits into our home environment. She plays with all three of my toddlers. I can go to work and know they are happy and safe. She feeds them and cooks for them. She manages the animals and toddlers. I love that i can setup my schedule in advance and I never have to worry about her canceling or showing up late. She is right there ready to go and most of the time early. My favorite thing which isn't necessary but definitely makes a big difference, she will surprise me with a pic of my kids with an update on what they are doing! She is a great addition to any family team.
