About Baye

As a babysitter, I've always enjoyed making a positive impact with children. With over 7 years of experience, as well as helping with my siblings childcare since they were infants, I am comfortable with all ages. I taught swim lessons and created lesson plans for children for three years which showed me I had a big passion in childcare. I'm super patient and calm because I have seen it all with my siblings as well as kids I have babysat :). I'm very creative so I love being engaging and doing activities when I babysit. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, and I always follow their preferred method to provide give regular updates about their child's day or any concerns. When it comes to household rules, I firmly believe in following the parents' lead and making sure to follow in what the parent would do.
