Hello, my name is Bailey and I am a 33-year-old single mother of a 2-year-old little girl. I was recently let go of my remote position at Wayfair after 2 years, and I am looking for a family who in need of full or part time childcare. I am the oldest of 7, and have worked with children in one aspect or another my whole life! I graduated from Adrian college with a BA in Psychology and Biology with a focus in child development. I was a board certified behavioral therapist for 6 years, also was the Children's Program director at a DV/SA women and children's shelter for 2 years. I have many past nanny families I still keep in touch with to this day. I also run a non-profit. My daughter is verbally advanced, and a great listener. Bailey is the absolute best sitter anyone could ask for. She has an incredible passion for helping and teaching young children. She isn't just trying to earn a few extra bucks but instead trying to help shape and mold the next generation. She is a wonderful human being and if we didn't have to move away, she would still be our primary babysitter. Even though we've been two states over for almost a year now, she still checks in to see how my son is doing. You won't be disappointed by hiring her.
