I have had the opportunity to watch both kids and adults with special needs grow through music therapy. Music therapy not only teaches life skills such as motor skills and social skills, but it also makes learning them fun and rewarding. Although it was my job to teach and mentor the students, I was taught how to give love and compassion to those around me. I have been given a gift from working in this field and I would love to keep pursuing it by working with families who need extra assistance! My belief is that every human being is talented and capable and I love witnessing people conquer their goals. I have experience working with a wide range of people in this field and should be able to tend to a majority of needs. I really look forward to any job opportunities!
