About Autumn

I'd describe my personality as energetic and hardworking. I don't just like working with children, I thoroughly enjoy helping children learn and watch them succeed. My sister has 4 children and being with them spiked my interest to pursue the childcare field. I not only have experience with various ages but want to be a part of their life and development. I'm looking for a career in helping pursue each and every child I work with to reach the highest of their achievements. I have such a connection with kids to understand their level and try to help the succeed based on how they learn. Each child is different. My goal to is learn each child by their personality and be the person to help them develop based on their own learning abilities. My skills include dipper changing, cooking, cleaning up after the kid, house work and laundry.
