Hi! I'm Austin. I have worked with children of all ages for 15 years in every context! I started as a camp counselor in high school. Then I went to UCLA. My junior year I worked as an English tutor to children in Spain while studying abroad. In 2015 I did the same in Mexico-I'm fluent in Spanish. Also In 2015 my beautiful daughter S was born. I have been a very involved father to her, especially in her care when she was a baby and toddler. She is now 8 and doing great! I have been an autism-inclusion preschool teacher in 2016 and Substitute Teacher from 2018-21. From 2013 to 2023, I've worked as an in-home behavior therapist for ASD kids, as a nanny/tutor for 4 families, and as an aide for 3 elementary school classes. I recently worked as an instructional aide in the mild-mod special needs 4th-6th grade class . Then, I was a 1:1 aide for a 4-year-old with ASD I currently work as a tutor, mentor and family therapist for 3 kids age 7, 11 and 16 , but their hours are flexible.

His knowledge and remarkable attention to details ensured that he observes and understands my son’s need, and organizes creative activities. He made each moment enjoyable and memorable for my son. His patience guided my son to work through difficult scenarios and to learn how to deal with frustration. His excellent communication kept us parents informed all the time, fostering a collaborative and reassuring environment for both kid and family.
