Aubrey was with our family for 15 months, caring for our daughter as a full-time nanny from 6 months to 21 months. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She brings a calm confidence to her work with children, and is incredibly caring, professional, and knowledgeable. She was always gentle, encouraging, and patient with our daughter, treating her with the utmost care and attention. She brings a quiet but confident presence built on years of childcare experience and training, and this expertise of hers was invaluable as we navigated a million decisions in our first two years as new parents. Throughout this time our daughter went through many developmental changes, and Aubrey smoothly adapted to every new phase with serenity and alacrity, completely unshaken by all of the transitions. Finally, Aubrey was incredibly thoughtful, respectful, and courteous in sharing our home and in communicating with us: the consummate professional. We are sad to see her go!
