My name is Astrid, and I'm a 36-year-old transplant to the Boston area (North Shore). Most recently, I worked as a Behavior Technician in a public school special ed setting with children ages 5-10 on the autism spectrum. My typical day was spent working 1:1 with students in need of specialized educational as well as behavioral intervention. Currently, I am enrolled in a full-time graduate program working towards becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist. Other fun facts about me: I speak fluent French; I love arts & crafts projects of all kinds; my hobbies include hiking/outdoor activities and getting out in nature. I've worked with a wide range of age groups, from early learners (20 mos-5 years) to teens and young adults. Prior to my career in ABA, I worked for several years as a nanny (seasonally & on a full-time basis) caring for children of all ages.
