About Ashlie

Hi! I'm Ashlie, an incoming freshman at Michigan State University studying to become a teacher. I have two years of student teaching experience through a high school program called Future Educators, where I assisted in an 8th grade history classroom. That experience confirmed how much I enjoy working one-on-one with students and helping them succeed. I've also tutored my younger brother since he started school, which taught me how to explain things in a clear, patient way. I've always been ahead academically, so I'm confident helping with subjects like English, history, and middle school math. Whether your child needs help understanding assignments, preparing for tests, or just building study skills, I'm here to support them and boost their confidence. I'm reliable, encouraging, and passionate about education, my goal is always to make learning feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more doable!
