About Ashley

I like working with kids because growing up me, my brother, and my cousins would all gather on the back porch of my grandmother's house and play school. I would be the teacher and we would pretend to learn but I would actually teach them stuff. I actually taught my brother his ABC's when I was around 5 years old (he was 3). I started working with kids a while ago. I was still really young myself; but I was the first grandchild from my grandparents 3 kids so I would watch and take care of all but the 2 that were born after me. I started getting paid for my babysitting in 2013 though. My uncle got married and him and his wife had their first boy and I baby sat him A LOT when he was a newborn. He was bottle fed so I could feed him myself and it felt like I was with him more than his mom sometimes. They ended up having 4 boys in total but 1 of the 4 didn't make it. She miscarried about halfway through her pregnancy. So I would watch all 3 by myself before the age of 15.
