I have an involved background working with children with ASD and have had heavy training in Applied Behavior Analysis as well as other therapies depending on the needs of the child. I have been working in the field for 3 years with ages 20 months- 21 years with most experience with kiddos pre-k through 1st grade. I love working with these little ones that allow me every day to remind myself just how special life is. I have learned so much in the past 3 years and have been able to teach, cherish, know, and most importantly love some of the most beautiful children I could ever know. I find it most rewarding to see these little ones become proud of themselves for little successes.

Ashley and I emailed back and forth clarifying the job requirements and specifically pay. She came for an interview, was well prepared, and interacted with my son nicely and throughout interview indicated her interest. I chose her over other candidates specially because she lives very close by. After interview I emailed her asking for dates and she didn't respond for few days. I reminded her again and she replied back declining the job because she found another position. I had already declined other candidates by then and downgraded my paid membership here believing she is hired. She left me with a very unprofessional image.
