Hi! My name is Ashley. I'm 26 years old. I've been working with children since I was 14, babysitting for families in my neighborhood. Over the years, I've gained extensive experience with children ranging in age from 3 months to 15 years old. I've worked as a nanny, a swim instructor at Lifetime, and an ABA therapist supporting children and young adults with autism. These roles have taught me how to adapt to a variety of needs and personalities while staying patient, attentive, and nurturing. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I pride myself on being trustworthy, responsible, reliable, and creative. I truly care about each child's well-being and development, and I aim to support families in any way I can. I'm currently looking for a full-time position and would love the opportunity to work with a family who values a caring, committed caregiver.

Our family worked with Ashley from 3/27/23 - 6/16/23. She was really sweet with our 6 month old daughter and we enjoyed working with her. Unfortunately she was not dependable and had a lot of last minute things come up. Causing my husband and I to have to scramble last minute to figure out work and care for our daughter. Our time with Ashley abruptly ended when she stopped showing up to work with no calls or texts to explain her absence. We had to go ahead and move forward with another solution for childcare so that my husband and I could get back to work. Sadly I would not be able to recommend her, due to the accountability/dependability issues and lack of communication.
