Hello! Nice to meet you. My name is Ashley and I lost my furry best friend back in August. I adopted her at 8 weeks old and had her until she was almost 14 years old. While I know I'm biased, I truly believe she was the best dog anyone could ever have. That didn't come without some struggles though. The last few years of her life were filled with challenges I never anticipated, but it was 1000% worth it. She had to get majority of her teeth pulled, was high anxiety and ended up being diagnosed with diabetes which ultimately caused her to go blind. To find someone to help take care of her was very difficult for me. I was turned away by so many potential sitters because of all the care she required. After losing her I knew that I wouldn't be ready to adopt another dog, but that other owners might be going through something similar and I could be of some help. :)
