About Ashley

I have been taking care of children for many years, in many different environments and settings. My giftings lie in making each moment special, full of curious conversations, teaching social skills, and creative conflict-resolutions and problem-solving. I've been told I have the patience of the Pope and the negotiation skills of a UN ambassador. I have four children of my own, ranging from 5 years to 12 years old. Two of whom are neurodiverse, and I myself am diagnosed with ADHD. I have experience directing entire children's programs, organizing info and leading camps, writing training in manuals, sitting on a school board, and writing curriculum. I love art and giving kids the chance to create what is in their head with different mediums. I understand safety and always prioritize mental health and stability for children. I love creating warm and hospitable play environments with healthy boundaries for safe play for everyone. I'm used to running classrooms.
