Ashley came into our lives when we needed someone like her most! She has been with us since the beginning of April as a full time nanny to our 2 1/2 year old son, now 3 year old. She made our sons needs a priority immediately and developed a consistent daily schedule with him, that has helped us tremendously on the weekends.
