About Aryn

My name is a variation of the classic Erin; I believe I am as unique as my namesake. I love both imaginative and creative play. As an avid reader, I encourage children to be thoughtful and curious about the world around them. I aim to offer children opportunities to engage in arts and crafts, cooking, listening to or making music, and dancing. My goal is to provide a fun, nurturing, safe, and respectful atmosphere. I started babysitting at 14. I have worked with all age groups while at summer camp, I transitioned to be a part-time nanny for a family with 3 children. In college, I took various early childhood development classes; including, Intro to Early Childhood Education, Childhood Psychology, Creative Movement, Dance and Theatre Pedagogy. Some courses had lab time where we interacted with infant, toddler, and pre-k age groups. I am CPR and first aid certified with adult and pediatrics. For the past 7. 5 years, I have worked closely with a single family with 2 daughters.
