I have three daughters whom are extremely high energy and challenging, which made me nervous when looking for a long term caretaker. I could not have been more blown away with how amazing Ariana was with them from the very first day she began working with them. She was able to immediately establish a connection with all three and engage them in fun and educational activities. She is always able to handle their outbursts and never once became overwhelmed by them, which even I am not able to do some days. She is incredibly kind but still able to ensure that they are abiding by the rules. I never thought I would be comfortable leaving someone with them alone, but Ariana earned my confidence and gave me peace of mind to be able to leave them with her. I cannot express how strongly I recommend her as a babysitter/nanny, she is truly amazing with the kids.
