Over the past year, I have had the privilege of working with elementary school students, including those with special needs. My experience has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to build meaningful connections with children of diverse abilities. I've learned to adapt my approach to meet the unique needs of each child, whether it's providing extra support for students with learning disabilities, helping those with physical challenges, or engaging children with autism in activities that enhance their social and communication skills. Through this experience, I've developed patience, empathy, and creativity in problem-solving. I've collaborated with teachers, therapists, and parents to create individualized strategies that promote academic and personal growth. Whether it's offering one-on-one assistance during lessons, helping children navigate social interactions, or supporting emotional development, I've witnessed firsthand how small steps lead to big achievements.
