About Antonia

I am a caregiver, an artist, and a very patient companion. I have two years of experience building relationships with and providing excellent care to seniors. I believe that to care for someone is to not only keep them safe, but also take up a genuine interest in their life story. I dedicate my time to being a curious companion and an excellent listener; I treat seniors like family. I always give them the dignity, respect, and compassion that they are inherently deserving of. In addition to emotional support, I ensure comfort and safety. I have extensive training in senior care including, safety, diet, CPR, and first aid. I encourage healthy habits and daily exercise; I am more than happy to cook, bake, or take care of any errands and household duties. I enjoy participating in activities with seniors that support cognitive function and physical health. This includes outings to the zoo, museum, or library, drawing, cooking, and being outdoors.
