About Annika

Hello, my name is Annika. I am a graduate of Wright State University and have 8 years of diverse professional childcare experience. I am passionate about helping parents in their journey of raising kind, confident, and responsible children. I have been a Nanny for 6 years; both full-time and part-time, and I have worked with children aged 3 months - 8 years (including triplets and children with special needs). For 3 years, I worked for The Little Gym franchise as a Lead Instructor. The Little Gym is a children's enrichment studio that teaches physical, cognitive, and social skills primarily through gymnastics and dance. I am a bubbly, energetic, creative, and educated caretaker, which is well-represented through my use and incorporation of Positive Discipline Practices.
