About Annika

I'd describe my personality as fun, caring, empathetic, outgoing, personable, active and kind I like working with kids because I have a lot of experience with taking care of my niece from the time she was born until now. She's now 7 years old and she is the light of my life. Childcare makes me so happy because I love spending time with young children and seeing the joy they have. In my spare time, I like to make crafts, be with family, do homework, pick up new hobbies, and advocate for people with disabilities. One thing you should know about me is I was born with amniotic band syndrome which has affected my right arm. I was born with a right hand and some of my forearm. For some kids, it can be a little scary and confusing so it would be great if they knew ahead of time instead of me just showing up and have it be a surprise.
