We have a 10, 8 and 5 year old. Anne manages the age differences well, incorporating age-appropriate activities for each of them. She has positive energy and is engaged and creative. Our kids request her to babysit often! She gives great feedback, both positive and constructive. We also have a 1 year old yellow lab and she takes good care of him, too!! We love Anne and highly recommend her for your family.
