I have been working with children for 25 years and love getting to know children's unique personalities. When I was in college and grad school I worked as a tutor across a range of subjects and enjoy working to create a positive curiosity toward learning. My niece lived with me while she was in elementary school and we had to do a lot of home supplementation tailored to her personal learning styles as what was offered in the classroom was not working for her. Most recently, I was an after school "supervisor" for two kids while they were in the 5th-9th grade ranges. We made sure homework was completed and also studied for placement tests for private middle schools. I've been successful in working with children because they quickly learn that I am reasonable and fair with a great sense of humor. I accept payment via online. .
