As a nurturing/experienced caregiver. My passion for children stems from me being the oldest of 5. I love and protect my siblings. Also, in my previous babysitting roles, I discovered the profound impact I have on children's lives. Some still call me or I visit! My empathetic nature, creativity/friendly demeanor allows me to connect with children effortlessly, providing a safe environment. With two years of experience, I'm comfortable with caring for multiple children. My ECE coursework, CDA certification, and early childhood development training equipped me with the knowledge/skills to a child's growth and development. I engage with making learning fun for the child, such as coloring, ABC flash cards and reading fun educational books. I believe in open and efficient communication with parents, providing daily reports through their preferred method. I prioritize following the parents' lead when it comes to household rules, ensuring a consistent and comfortable environment.
