I hired Angie for a senior care position for my elderly parents who are very vulnerable and dependent. Today she called saying she would be late (giving me little notice). She said she would definitely be there by 4:30P. I asked her to let me know when she arrived. She never showed up, never called me and her phone went straight to voice mail. This is unthinkable for senior care. I've been coordinating their care for 2 years and this has never happened before.
