I am formally certified as a nurse assistant. I've worked in hospitals and nursing homes but have been doing solely in-home care for the past 15 years. I have experience with Alzheimer's/ dementia, autism, quadriplegia, some hospice, and just plain old crabby. My elderly clients tend to like that I naturally talk loud (but I can tone it down if need be) and that I'm tall and strong. I teach fitness classes, currently a couple of days a week. My husband works every other weekend, so I don't mind working when he is, but I would prefer to be off when he is off. Also, I'm pretty funny and can talk for hours.

Angela H. was an excellent caregiver for my 80 year old sister with memory problems and difficulty with mobility. Angela took care of all my sister's needs which included showers, dressing her, diaper changes and giving her medications. She also kept her house clean and cooked her nutritious meals. She took direction well, interacted with others but was not intrusive. Overall, Angela took excellent care of my sister's needs and I would highly reccommend her for a caregiver position.
