Angela is really calm and caring with both my 7 and 3 year old. I hired her to help my 7 year old get English homework done. Angela very calmly reminds my daughter to pay attention or sit in her chair when she gets antsy where I may not have been so calm. She listens to my 3 year old tell wild stories and always appropriately responds to him. We work from home so we have a very flexible schedule and don't absolutely need constant care so it's been easy for us to work around doctor appointments or things of that nature Angela had and she has been really flexible with us when we don't need her to come on her typically scheduled days because of dentist appointments or because grandma wants to take the kids. I would hands down recommend her to be employed to watch small children because of her calm understanding nature, she is great with my kids, she is never late, she has worked a little later with and without being asked. Schedule flexibility is possibly the only extra need.
