We had a couple of other caretakers for my mother, but they were undependable or didn't seem to connect with my mother. When we found Angie we were blessed with someone who was not only dependable and capable but always went the extra mile for my mother. She was with us 7 hours a day and was always willing to help out in the evenings, early morning or weekends when needed. Angie would make her meals, take her to get her hair cut, do some gardening, work jigsaw puzzles while playing old music my mother loved; and when mom napped, Angie helped out with the housework. When she would get ready to go home, my mother always asked "do you have to go?" We all loved having her and she definitely made all of our lives so much better.
