About Andrena

Hello! My name is Andrena, and I have been working as an Elementary Teacher for 4 years. Though I am no longer in the classroom, I love being able to use my unique skills and caring spirit to bless others however possible. As a tutor, I am comfortable supporting all students in all subjects. My greatest passion, however, is for English Language Arts and teaching English as a Second Language. My hourly rate is $18. For traditional subjects such as Math, Grammar, or Science, I am willing to meet with students Grades 1-8. For ESL tutoring, however, there is no age limit. I can teach both children and adults! The most exciting part of tutoring is getting to know the student's abilities and goals, then creating an actionable plan that will lead them to success.
