I am currently caring for a man with special needs and have been his live in caregiver for the past 2 years. I love living and working with him, it is one of the most rewarding jobs I have had and am very glad I decided to take it when I did. I am also a special needs assistance at a Preschool in Marblehead where I work with 2 children in a regular classroom environment. I also worked as a one on one inclusion councilor for a summer camp last summer and loved every minute of it! I have plans to return again this summer :)

Andja is truly the best there is in caring for anyone. She takes care of my son who has disabilities and is a caregiver to it's truest definition. She takes charge which for me is a blessing. I'm able to give her tasks and she runs with them. She thinks about what is right for my son without my guidance. Andja has worked for me for almost two years now and both my husband I feel we can never top this. She is diligent, responsible and downright cares about her job and about our family. She has become our family!! Absolutely love this woman!
