About Anastasia

I have grown up caring for a number of children from infants to adolescents. This experience led me down the path to gain my Bachelors in Early Childhood Education with an Associates in Education. With this, I have gained a great deal of knowledge in terms of best practices, developmentally appropriate education, and methods for engaging children on a personal level. I have experience working in childcare settings with my most recent job being with Head Start. I have a great passion for childcare and being at this job has allowed me to see the needs of families, as well as children throughout my community. I have worked with diverse groups of children, specifically those with prior trauma, developmental delays, and those with behavioral issues. In these cases, I have preferred taking an individualized approach to care as children in these states need to have plans developed that address specific behaviors to best support them. I want every child to be successful, cared for, supported.
