Ana is simply the best! She was reliable, attentive, adaptable, caring and fun with our children. She took care of my son for about 2 years from the time he was 6 months to 2.5 years old while taking care of a girl of the same age in a nanny share. Ana was active and resourceful, always finding fun new places to take the kids to together. And she helped them grow, helping them try new things and explore. She also did a great job communicating with us and the other nanny share parents about what developmental milestones the kids might be needing help with, how she was helping them with their nap schedule and how she was coaching them on sharing better for example so we could all reinforce the same behaviors. We were so sad when it was time for our son to go to school because it meant not seeing Ana every day anymore, but we have loved staying in touch with her.
