Analicia watched my energetic 3.5 year old son and 1.5 year old daughter for over 30 hours a week and did an incredible job from start to finish. We had a long time nanny move out of state and ended up hiring someone else who only lasted a couple of weeks. The nanny who took over was not at all ready to take care of kids and it was evident. Once Analicia started, instantly everything was back to normal and our routine was once again in motion. Analicia is everything you are looking for in a nanny. She is punctual...to the second...she never arrived late and always stayed through the time we needed her. She has a special ability to connect with kids of all ages. She is intuitive, friendly, thoughtful, caring and so much more. My daughter loves playtime with her and my son is always looking forward to coming home from school to be with her. I am sad to see her go but excited for her new chapter! You'll be luck to have her as your nanny!
