She's got a great deductive reasoning skills and understands my goal and helps achieve it in the most efficient and logical manner. She made herself available for extra days in order to get the tasks caught up - and was upfront about possible scheduling conflicts. There are no surprises with her - except the good ones! 100% will hire her again - or bottle her up to keep around all the time! :-)
