Hi, I'm Amy! I am a graduate from North Central College & currently reside in the Northwest suburbs. I am seeking a babysitting and/or nanny position, open to full or part-time. I was a Special Education Teaching Assistant for 3 years, and worked with Preschool-2nd grade. I have also occasionally assisted with my Grandma's home daycare for many years. The children in that daycare are anywhere from 3 months-4/5 years of age. I am comfortable with newborns/infants (feeding, burping, diaper changes, etc). In addition I previously worked as a summer camp counselor for Kindergarten-8th graders. I do not smoke and am pet friendly. I do have my own car with insurance and a clean record. I am fully vaccinated and can provide proof if needed. I will be starting a full time job on April 29th with the hours being 8am-5pm, but would be available on evenings and weekends! I look forward to meeting you!

Amy did an exceptional job with our shy, sensitive child who is still adjusting to having a babysitter. This was the first time we had someone else stay with her after her bedtime. She has a calm stable presence that was just what our daughter needed. Our little lady woke up crying for us and Amy was able to soothe her back to sleep. Milestone achieved! Thanks Amy, we will definitely reach out again next time we want to go out.
