About Amy

I am a stay at home Mom, and have absolutely loved my job! Now that my kids are all older and in school, I'm looking to continue to love and teach young children during the hours that my kids are in school. I would describe myself as kind, loving, patient and reliable. I am also a very clean and organized person. I have a Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in early childhood education. I have a clearance fingerprint card. I first started working with kids when I began babysitting as a teenager. I have worked with kids for decades in various classroom settings in preschool, elementary & middle school, dance classes, and church classes. My goal is to create a nurturing and loving environment for children. I'm a firm believer of the importance of spending quality time with children- reading with them, singing with them, playing with them, etc. I have spent the last 17 years as a stay at home mom. I know how incredibly important those early years are in a child's life.
