About Amber

Hello! My name is Amber. I am currently a fourth year medical student in Brooklyn that will be specializing in pediatrics this June. I recently matched to a pediatric residency program in one of the top children's hospitals in the country. As the eldest child in my family, I've always loved looking after children (which inspired my journey to becoming a pediatrician) and have a variety of experiencing working with kids through babysitting, volunteer work, and tutoring. I'd describe my personality as attentive, diligent, warm-hearted. I like working with kids because they are very special humans that are insightful, resilient, and all-around fun. I also love contributing to being the "village" for the next generation. One thing you should know about me is I am trained in Basic Life Support, have an intermediate level of French (B2-C1), feel comfortable assisting with medications.
