About Amber

I have been taking care of children all my life. When I was younger, I was the family babysitter, taking care of cousins since they were born. I also took care of my neighbor's grand kids and ended up being their nanny. I majored in elementary education/early childhood, so I could teach and work with young children. From September 2007 until April 2010 I worked at a elementary school in the daycare. I worked with Pre-K children. I was also a substitute teacher until I became a nanny. From May 2012-Feb 2022 I was a nanny for a family in Madison AL. Currently I am a nanny for a 7 year boy and his 2-year-old brother. I love working with children because I love teaching them and seeing them learn new things. I love reading, doing crafts, cooking, running, hiking, being outside and riding bikes.
