We hired Amani for in-home care for my father, who was under hospice care and bed-bound. I must admit, I was hesitant about her at first due to her youth. But I was impressed by her credentials and experience, so we took a chance on her. It turns out it was probably the single best decision I had ever made with regard to my dad's care. I don't think I can find the proper words to describe just how special Amani is. She has a sunny and enthusiastic personality. She won my father over immediately, which is an impressive feat. Over the course of the next month, Amani provided better care to my father than he received in the hospital or other professional care settings. She is extremely knowledgeable in health care matters and just overall wise beyond her years. A petite young woman, she had absolutely no problems turning and adjusting my father's position daily, changing and bathing him as needed and ensuring he remained clean and free of bed sores at all time. She kept him comfortable beyond our expectations. Besides the clinical care Amani provided my father, which was exceptional, most importantly she provided him companionship and genuine caring. She treated him with the utmost dignity and she did not approach his care as a just job to be done . Amani is a special individual who has a wonderful future ahead of her in medicine. I am forever grateful to Amani for the care she provided my father, whom I love dearly. She was an angel by his side in his final month on this earth. I encourage anyone seeking exceptional care for a loved one to welcome Amani into your lives. You will be grateful you did.
