I have stayed home to raise our children for the last 7 years but prior to that I was a nurse in a hospital system for about 7 years and have retained my license since becoming a nurse in 2009. Although my nursing background is primarily with adults, I love working with people of all ages, and pets too! I am a very organized and am a dependable caregiver for all ages, who is looking forward to working with you! Please feel free to reach out with any questions or specifics. Amanda is great! Very capable and caring caregiver! Great at learning, open minded, great communicator. I happen to be a disabled woman in my 40s who is a quadriplegic, and Amanda helps me with all aspects of my morning routine, including personal hygiene, transferring to my wheelchair using a ceiling lift, and assistance attaching my catheter bags. She is careful and patient and I cannot recommend her more! She would be a blessing to any individual or family looking for a reliable person to work with.
