About Amanda

My name is Amanda. I will be going into my junior year at ISU as an early child education major, in hopes of becoming a kindergarten teacher. I have babysat since a young age and have been a summer nanny for 3 years now. I also have experience with special needs kiddos as I was a previous Special Education major and member of Special Olympics. I have taken child development classes and observed in a school setting. I am comfortable working with pets and doing household tasks such as kid's laundry, dishes, and picking up toys. I am CPR certified and have reliable transportation. Some activities I enjoy to do with children include playing outside and making crafts. I genuinely enjoy working with children and creating connections with families. Working with kids has always been a passion of mine and I love being able to see their perspective on life! I also have experience pet-sitting and would also love to watch over your fur babies!
