About Amanda

I am a responsible and dependable caregiver. I always had a passion for working with children. I have an Elementary Education degree from Oakland University. While in college, I was a summer camp counselor for three years, along with tutoring, nannying, and student teaching. While I was still in Michigan, I was a Para-Professional for a second grade classroom where I was working one on one with an autistic child. After moving, I spent a year nannying for a family in Boston. My daily duties consisted of running errands, dry cleaning, driving the children to appointments, and helping with homework. With the rise of the coronavirus, I want to help the families in need that don't have a caregiver since they don't have school and now the parents have to work from home.
