About Amanda

I'd describe my personality as caring, empathic and devoted. I like working with kids because kids help bring light to each day. I'm looking for a job that is able to help families with their childcare needs. I want to be someone a family can rely on. I started working with kids at children's ministry working with kids ages newborn-10 years old when I was 15. I have taught since 2018. I first started off in a preschool teaching and am now teaching in elementary school. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and dog, read or cook. Spending time with family and making memories is something that is very important to me. One thing you should know about me is I am all about having fun and making memories. No matter the age, I love to be someone who brings joy to kids and making every day their favorite day! My skills include knowledge of developmental milestones for all ages, knowledge and use of academic support and many year of experience of child care for all ages.
