About Amanda

My goal is to provide care for elderly, disabled, cognitively impaired or chronically ill patients. I will assist in preparing and feeding patient, perform light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, run errands and personal care such as bathing/dressing/grooming. I will ensure patient follows diet and exercise according to care plan and behavior plan. Administer prescribed medication as directed by physician. Also transport patient to Dr's appointments and keep record of service performed as needed.
