My experience caring for children started at a young age, being the youngest sibling I always adored children and wanted to have younger siblings of my own. Unfortunately, my parents never ended up giving me the younger sibling that I wanted so they encouraged me to look into babysitting. It started by helping families in my church and letting the parents have a date night while I watched their kids. Now being in college and 4 hours away from home, I looked to my church here and distant relatives for more opportunities. I have been able to babysit a distant relative of mine as well as some of her cousins. Most of the children I have cared for have been around a year and up but I would love to work with children of all ages!
