I have over 15 years experience providing childcare for families. I am looking to supplement my career as a speech therapist with part-time child care and respite care. I have a master's degree in speech therapy, with an emphasis in child development and pediatrics. I have 5 years experience working with children with disabilities, with diagnoses including: autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, feeding disorders, Sensory Processing Disorder, Dyslexia, Cerebral Palsy, Down syndrome, Selective Mutism, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, Traumatic Brain Injury, Seizure Disorder, Rett Syndrome, and Chiari Malformation. I am a fluent Spanish speaker and trained feeding therapist. I also have lifeguard, first aid and CPR training. I love working with children. My favorite activities are crafts, board games and baking.
