About Alyssa

I like working with kids because they bring joy and laughter to the lives around them and I love spending time with them. They remind me to enjoy life's simple pleasures and to be curious. I started working with kids when I was around 14 years old in 8th grade. That is when my baby cousins were born and I spent a lot of time with them. I then babysat them and for many other families throughout attending high school. During that time I would also volunteer in the nursery at my church. My mom is a pre-k teacher and I often visit her class and volunteer to spend time with her students as well. In my spare time, I like to read, cook and bake, exercise, be outside, watch movies & be with my friends and family
