I have been a nanny for the past 12 yrs whether it be for a few hours, a weekend, a family vacation or a full time position. These jobs required me to responsibly care for and entertain kids ages 2 mo- 13 yr old. My number one goal is to keep your kids safe and active. As a nanny, I have been trusted with 1-6 kids at a time to create a fun and safe environment for them. Some duties included good time management, be organized, drive kids to/from activities, cooking, homework help, leading birthday party activities, before/after school pick up, preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner and overall entertainment. I have spend many days connecting with kids by having a fun filled schedule at the pool, museums, hiking and community events, keeping them distracted from electronics! I have experience with large groups of kids from recent employment as an an Americorps intern at an agricultural historical farm and an outdoor ed instructor. I hope to continue down the path of experiential educ.

Could not have been more pleased with Octavia's babysitting services!! She went above and beyond expectations as a temporary live in nanny for an entire week with our 10 and 3 year old. Ensuring routines weren't interrupted, she took the initiative to verify daily with us to ensure events and activities weren't missed. Her personality meshed perfectly with our kids and she kept their interests with her creative activities and games. Her knowledge and experience with young kids made for a great learning and developmental environment, especially with our 3 year old. We would highly recommend her for any babysitting needs!!

Hi, my name is Annie, I am 34 years old and very interested in your job posting. I have been a nanny for the past 10 years from newborns to 12 years old and I loved it! I am looking for a full-time or part-time position. I currently live in Berlin, MD. A little bit of myself: I am patient, kind, energetic, very friendly, honest and I am great with kids. I love to take walks, hanging out at the beach, or swimming in the pool. I enjoyed reading, playing board games and doing arts and crafts. I love to cook and clean so I don't mind tidying up your place or putting away laundry. I am CPR certified, a non-smoker as well as have a clean driving record. I am also a dog owner so I would definitely not mind if you have pets. I'd be happy to provide references as well as meet or chat on the phone. Thank you so much for your time. I look forward to hear from you soon and I wish you the best of luck with your search! Annie

We have a vacation home down in OCMD and Annie has been babysitting my two sons for about a year now whenever we are in town. Every time she comes to watch them they have a good time and are well cared for. She will text me with updates to let me know they are okay and she always cleans up the place which is nice to come back to. I will be continuing to use Annie as a babysitter this summer and I would recommend her to others that are in the search for one!
